         Sub: Loss of Mail Date stamp of Kankeyam S.O - reg

         Ref: R.O Endt INV/110-01/09/TR dated   -12-2012.

          The copy of C.O letter no INV/113-1/TN/07 dated at Chennai -2 the 26.12.2012 received on the above subject  vide above reference  is furnished below for necessary action.

         The Postmaster General Western Region Coimbatore has reported to this office that mail date stamp of Kankeyam S.O Tirupur Division is missing since 24.11.2012.

       It is therefore, requested to give wide publicity to all concerned to guard         against any fraudulent use/misuse of the abovesaid stamp.
